How to submit a claim online quickly and easily

How to enable the service
As the section is built into your current personal account, there is no need to switch to a separate service. If you already have an account, email clientinfo@nlmk.shop to request access to the “Claims” section.
If you are not yet signed up for a personal account, take these three simple steps:
● Download the sign-up application and fill in your contact details.
● Print out the form and affix your company stamp and signature.
● Send the document package to clientinfo@nlmk.shop:
○ A scan image of the signed form,
○ An Excel copy of the application form.
