We worked construction on this project in stages over four years. We replaced the roof and installed a new fence, both in the matching “graphite grey” colour. Each year, we purchased batches of corrugated sheet metal, and every new delivery was always the exact same shade. This level of colour consistency is essential for projects that are phased over a long time, since the customer expects full visual consistency across all architectural elements. I would also like to highlight the coating’s excellent UV resistance: after four years of exposure, the colour remains richly saturated and uniform. We carried out roofing reconstruction, which required a comprehensive solution to address leaks caused by poor-quality repairs. We replaced the entire build-up of the roofing system, levelled the roof slopes geometry, strengthened the roof truss system, and replaced the roofing material with folded seam steel profiles. The steel’s ductility allowed us to complete complex roof areas, such as valleys, connections, and chimney flashing, quickly and to a high standard. The matte finish combined with an advanced zinc coating provides an attractive appearance and high resistance to corrosion. Two-story house with a mansard roof, Moscow region. Area: 290 sq m. Over-wall gutter is the most challenging part of a double lock welt. To make one we needed steel with excellent ductile properties and a durable coating. NLMK’s polyurethane-coated steel met our requirements for both ductility and coating thickness, making it the perfect choice for our project.
