More QR Codes for Higher Reliability

NLMK is introducing improvements to the markings on shipping labels of rolled steel products. Some of the labels now carry not one but three identical QR codes.

This redundancy improves the reliability of warehouse and logistics operations: if one of the codes is damaged or obscured by dirt or packaging, duplicate codes will remain available for scanning.

At this stage, the change applies only to a number of product items. Going forward, we plan to roll it out to all the Company’s shipping labels.
